Be sure to contact us first so that we can expect your device and assign you a ticket number. Which can be used to check the status of your repair at the bottom of this page.

Download and print the Mail-in Form. You may fill out the form on your computer before printing it.



Step 3:

Carefully package up your device and be sure to include your signed mail-in form!

Await a response from us within 1-2 business days of receiving your device. We'll confirm your cost for repair(s) prior to starting any work.



Final Step:

Once your device is repaired, it will be tested thoroughly. We will then contact you to arrange return shipping.
